We are a young family of three children - two lively boys aged 8 and 9, and a delightful little girl, who will soon celebrate her 3rd birthday. We find ourselves in need of an extra pair of hands to provide casual assistance with childcare and light housekeeping when the kids don't require focused attention. To start with, this is a part-time position that demands less than 20 hours per week with a flexible schedule that varies throughout the week, depending on our needs. We are open to possible adjustments and the position could potentially evolve into a regular weekly role in the future. Now, you may be perplexed about specific workdays. We have kept our options open and indicated various times throughout the week. This does not imply that applicants must be available at all the times shown, but we appreciate your flexibility. Being a nanny in our home includes several tasks like preparing meals for the kids, transporting them when required, performing light housekeeping, doing family laundry, and keeping the kitchen tidy. We have a family car that you could use for duties, but a valid driver's license will be required. We are looking for a reliable and trustworthy live out nanny for our one-year-old boy and after school care for our 5-year-old boy. Monday-Friday 830-430 starting at the beginning of June. Home with a small dog. Responsibilities include, tending to the one-year old's needs including feeding, engaging in playtime, diaper changes, monitoring his safety during playtime and naps, reading stories, tidying toys, basic meal prep for the baby, washing baby’s dishes and performing light housekeeping tasks around the house, if time permits (dishes, wiping counters, Swiffer floors, tidy toys etc.). Walk to pick up our 5-year-old son from the bus stop at the end of the school day. Requirements include experience working with children, First Aid/CPR. Pay $20/hour or negotiable based on experience. Some flexibility on days and hours possible.

Primarily before and after care. Cleaning homes and walking pets is a plus.

Given that this position will require mobility, we seek someone who has their driver's license and the use of their own car. Some days we may require babysitting from 6:00 am to 8:00 pm, and other times, we may require babysitting from 6:00 am to 2:00 pm. We are searching for an experienced child care provider for our 3 girls (ages 1, 3 and 6) with an unconventional schedule. I am a nurse with a rotating schedule, so care requirements would fluctuate from week to week with approximately 10 days of care required per month. (You would work Monday to Friday only, with shifts known a minimum 6 weeks in advance). Scheduling can be discussed further if you would like a minimum guarantee for hours - we know a rotating schedule is difficult so we are willing to work with you to find the best fit. We are willing to consider a care provider in their own (registered) home or in ours. With that said, we are a busy family so if coming to our home, a drivers license/own transportation is a must, and the best candidate would also be willing to take the younger girls to programming in the community. Some meal prep would be required (particularly on days the kids have evening activities and need to eat earlier than usual). Our home is pet friendly with one cat and one dog. Some basic pet care would also be expected (e.g. walking dog when walking with kids etc) Please reach out if you feel that this may be a good fit for you.
