Currently, I'm in need of a caregiver to look after my 4-year-old son when he's ill and cannot attend his usual activities. My son, enrolled in Kindergarten, has autism and faces developmental delays, affecting his verbal interaction and leading to periods of intense emotional frustration. The prospective caregiver must possess the ability to recognize signs of overstimulation, providing appropriate soothing before a meltdown occurs.
