We are searching for a nurturing and responsible part-time nanny to provide attentive care for our soon to be 12-month-old child. The ideal nanny will create a safe, stimulating, and loving environment in which our child can thrive while we attend to other responsibilities. This position requires reliability, patience, and a genuine passion for childcare. This position will be part-time (3 days a week, 8 hours per day) plus 2-3 evenings a month. *Flexible hours for occasional evenings to be discussed. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Engage our child in age-appropriate activities to promote learning, creativity, and socialization - Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks according to our child's dietary needs and preferences - Maintain our child's daily routine, including nap times, feeding schedules, and playtime - Change diapers and give baths as needed - Communicate regularly with parents regarding our child's progress, behaviors, and any concerns that may arise - Light housekeeping duties related to our child's care, such as cleaning up after meals and organizing toys Qualifications include: - Previous experience in childcare, particularly with infants and toddlers - A genuine love for children and a nurturing personality. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Certification in CPR and First Aid preferred - Must pass a background check - Must be okay with video surveillance in the home - Reliable transportation to and from our home - Flexibility with scheduling, as occasional evenings or weekends may be required
