I am a shift worker who works evenings (3:30pm till 11:30pm). I work part time with a variable schedule from week to week. However, this schedule is set and known well in advance. I have a 12 year old of my own and a kinship care agreement for a 19 month old. I am looking for a either a person who can cover all of own needs or spitting the workload between 2 people. I do have a large support system and can find time off for you when required with advance notice. I do need care from 3pm till midnight on days I work.
