I am currently looking for a full time nanny for my 3.5 yo and 2 month old. My husband works away on a 4/1 week shift and I need some help. Our biggest struggle time is bed time as I need someone to take care of baby so I can put 3 yo to sleep. But I would appreciate help with more then just bed time as I don’t get much sleep at night as they both still wake through the night. I would like someone who it’s comfortable taking the kids outside to play and is willing to bake or craft with 3yo as I try to minimize TV time. 3 yo has some trouble with temper tantrums sometimes and they get quite big. I would appreciate someone who is able to stay calm during the screaming and still treat her with love and respect and to help her to learn to regulate her emotions.
