My wife and I are looking for a nanny to help watch our 7 month old baby Rio at home. Our baby boy is amazing, always happy, has so much personality, is very high energy but demands constant attention . I’m worried my wife is experiencing mom burnout since our baby doesn’t want to be alone for even a moment, and will cry constantly if my wife leaves him in his play room to eat, clean, or do anything really… I can see it’s taking a toll on her mental and emotional well being. I’m looking for someone who has experience with babies that can help my wife by watching our son so she can do the things she wants/needs to do around the house and generally have some more time to herself. The ideal nanny would have extensive experience working with children, and have flexibility with their schedule.
