We are a young family in ladysmith currently trying to find a part time live in nanny to help with care for mostly our 2 year old son. My wife and I both work shift work, which is 2 weeks away - 2 weeks home, and hers is 2 days -2 nights - 4 off. The care would be needed for only the 2 weeks that I will be away at work, and we will need someone to either live in with us full time or just for the 4 on schedule. It would work out to 8-10 days a month, possibly more.
