Working hours could vary after September when my baby starts going to a part-time daycare. If she doesn't get along well, the working hours will be same as before. Otherwise, they could be short as 4 to 5 hours a day. If your caring is better than sending her to daycare, they also could remain as before.
I am going to be at home working 9 to 5 or 10 to 6 (so in total around 7 hours a day) and you don't need to do any house chores for parents. We can provide simple snack for your lunch or daytime break but won't include the lunch hour to your working hours. I do respect your resting time, so I am willing to give you one break between the morning hours and afternoon hours respectively, so two breaks a day.
Priority is taking care of my baby: safety including hygiene maintenance, feeding well and making interactions with kind manners/love. I do respect your experience, academic understandings on caring babies and your physical strength, but I will interview you if you are confident with your own specialty.
I want a babysitter (I will call you a partner) who wants to live out, but if you prefer to live in, I can reconsider this option. If you can be flexible with working hour extension, it can be a plus.
Starting time can be negotiated as I want to see how you actually become comfortable with my baby, but not later than Mid of August.
