After-school Nanny Needed, Start Date: 16.10.2023 My spouse and I are in search of a reliable and caring nanny to assist us on a long-term basis, primarily with after-school pickups for our two young children aged 9 months and 2.5 years old. This role is part-time and will equate to ~20 hours per week. The work schedule will cover the mid-afternoon to early evening from Monday to Thursday. The exact shift structure will be agreed upon during interview process. Primary Responsibilities: - Picking up our two kids from daycare during weekdays - Looking after our children until we return from work - Preparing dinner for the family - Carrying out light housekeeping duties to keep our home environment clean and comfortable - Running occasional errands and grocery shopping as needed - Adhering to any special dietary rules in meal preparation (vegetarian, kosher, lactose intolerant, etc.) - Keeping the kitchen tidy after meal times - Washing children's laundry Requirements: - A valid driver's license is required for this role as it involves transporting the children - Due to the nature of the role, this is a live-out position - Previous experience in childcare, specifically with newborns and toddlers Our ideal candidate will be someone who genuinely loves spending time with children and enjoys helping families manage their household.
