We are seeking a nurturing, experienced, and reliable full-time live-out nanny to care for our 1-year-old daughter. As parents with demanding schedules, we are looking for someone who can provide attentive care, foster early childhood development, and ensure our daughter's safety and well-being. Responsibilities: - Create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for our daughter. - Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities, including playtime, outings, and educational exercises. - Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks. - Maintain our daughter's daily routine, including nap times and feeding schedules. - Perform light housekeeping duties related to our daughter's care. - Collaborate with us to ensure consistency in parenting approaches and routines. - Communicate effectively with us regarding our daughter's needs, progress, and any concerns. Requirements: - Proven experience as a nanny or caregiver, preferably with infants or toddlers. - Genuine love for and understanding of children, with a focus on early childhood development. - First aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain certification). - Excellent references from previous employers or families. - Patience, creativity, and a positive attitude. - Non-smoker.
