We are a family of 3 living in Pilot Butte looking for a friendly, reliable, and patient babysitter/nanny. We have one toddler (age 2). Preferred hours would be 8 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Thursday from now until the end of August or September. Primary responsibility would be childcare. We have a large dog so we would need someone comfortable with pets, he is very friendly with people. One of us is typically working from home or nearby. We have home surveillance and would require a care provider who is comfortable with that. Duties include but are not limited to: Ensuring personal needs of the child are met. Engaging in learning and sensory activities. Outdoor play and activities. Implementing routines and assisting with cooking meals/feeding toddler and clean up. Light household cleaning/tidying including dishes, main living areas (toys, general basic cleaning such as vacuuming). Requirements: Experience working with children and/or families. First Aid & CPR certification are preferred. Babysitter course preferred. Watch our toddler at our home, transportation would not be provided to our home. Able to produce a vulnerable sector Police Records Check and references upon request. Compensation: $15+ hourly to start, with potential for increases upon completion of a probationary period and dependent upon experience/education.
