My name is Kalindi & my family is looking for a regular part time nanny (or nannies) to help us with afternoon care. The job would be approximately 4-8pm Tuesdays-Thursdays, with potential for some work on some Saturday/Sunday afternoons. We would be looking for someone who would come to our house at around 4pm once the kids are picked up by their dad. Sometimes their dad will leave for his evening work while I have not yet returned from work; and sometimes dad will stay but will need to focus on his schoolwork from his full-time school. Ideally this person could drive (using their own car or the family car) and take our sons to any extra curricular activities or activities like swimming or tobogganing. Also, on occasion, it may be helpful for this person to pick up our 4 yr old up from his daycare at the end of the day. We are a fun and active family. I am looking for someone who can provide love, support, and adventure for our sons. Duties: -Reliable part time care for our sons. -Meal prepping, making snacks, cleaning up the kitchen if necessary and supervising the older boy in his chores of tidying the play room area or his room. - Supervise older boy with any homework - helping him check his agenda and seeing if there is any homework and then colloboratively deciding on a time when it will be done. - Engage with younger boy with crafts, play and learning activities. The younger one loves to practice his letters and numbers and paint, so engaging activities on this end is fantastic. -Helping take kids to activities -Must be patient, loving, kind, & play based. -Previous nanny experience would be nice, but not required -Drivers License would be ideal but can work around it.
