Looking for a well-rounded and flexible care taker for my soon to be 1yo daughter. I am transitioning back into working, and would like full time care, but I am open to part time as well, as my employer is understanding and can be flexible. My work is a mix between office and field work. My office work can often be done from my home office, but I will be out of the home on days as well. On field days, I may be in the field beyond a typical work day, which is why I selected evenings for all of the days, but I would not require evening care on ALL days, it’s just that my overtime days aren’t scheduled, so when I am able to have evening care for certain pre-determined days as discussed with the care taker, I will make those my field days. On days where I don’t have a lot of work to do, I would love to spend extra time with my baby girl and maybe get a bit of help with errands/groceries/light housework instead. Like I said, someone that can be flexible will be very valuable :) I also have two dogs. They are lovable and friendly, but someone that is comfortable with pets.
