An established family is seeking a highly organized, well-rounded, and energetic Family Assistant to provide in-person support for all matters relating to child care, estate management and lifestyle errands. The ideal candidate is professional, comfortable working in an elevated environment, and must have childcare experience, exceptional communication skills, flexibility, and a willingness to learn. Key Responsibilities: 1. Attend to the needs and assist in the daily activities of 2 children (ages 7 and 11) and 1 dog 2. Prepare the children for their daily activities and drive them to and from school/camp/extracurriculars 3. Ensure the home is kept neat, tidy, organized, and maintained 4. General administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, answering the phone and door, and monitoring inventories and deliveries 5. Communicate consistently to ensure daily and weekly tasks are accomplished Qualifications: 1. Childcare experience and passion for caregiving 2. Compassionate, upbeat, enthusiastic, and accommodating demeanor 3. Strong prioritization and problem solving skills 4. Flexible and adaptable 5. Demonstrates initiative and proactivity to go above and beyond 6.
