I'm Sarah, living in Squamish, British Columbia with my husband Alex. We’re looking to hire a nanny for part-time or full-time care for our one year old son William starting around January 2024. Mostly, we are looking for someone who is young at heart and will enjoy playing with William. He will turn one in November 2023 and so we are looking for a nanny who will enjoy taking him for walks and going to playgrounds, coming up with fun games, reading books, playing music, and going to Baby & Me activities around town (ie: Library Storytime, Sea to Sky Gondola hikes, playgroups, etc.) Making sure he is happy, learning, and has a belly full of good food are our priorities. Alex and I are both avid mountain bikers and hikers and we spend most of our spare time cooking and reading when we aren’t out on the trails. We grew up in Quebec and are bilingual in English and French and would be delighted if you could speak to William in French, but it is absolutely not necessary. We usually work from home and so we can be flexible with your hours and schedule. If you would like to take a vacation, we can arrange for William to spend time with his grandparents.
