Seeking a caring and responsible person to provide childcare and community support for my 11 year old son, who is autistic and has mild cerebral palsy. Responsibilities would include playing at home and taking him on community outings. We are open to whichever 3-4 days per week work best for you. Optional: 1-2 days per week in May and June may be available if desired. The main work location is our home, an acreage in Parkland County, approximately 30 minutes west of Edmonton or 15 minutes from Spruce Grove. Mileage is reimbursed. Salary $24 per hour, plus some gas money. Due to family health conditions, we are still taking precautions to prevent the spread of COVID and other viruses. Applicants MUST be prepared to wear a good quality mask indoors (KN94 or N95 masks provided). Applicants must have their own reliable vehicle and provide a drivers abstract and proof of insurance.
