We are looking for a very special person to help us manage our home and look after our school aged children, age 5, 8 and 11. This person should be patient, fun loving, nurturing, energetic, and willing and able to take on school pick up, and supervising after school chores, homework, playdates and activities. This person should also be an exceptionally organized household manager, who can take on everything from housework and cooking to shopping, laundry and errands. (We have a regular cleaner who does deep cleaning.) A valid drivers' license, clean driving record and experience using positive techniques to address sibling rivalry, problematic behaviours and anxiety are both essential. Hours will be approximately 1 pm to 7 pm Monday to Friday, with flexibility to work full days on school holidays, but we can adjust hours for the right candidate (ideally you would work 25-40 hours per week). We will pay a very premium rate for the perfect candidate; if you are great at your job, then we can focus on and be great at ours, so it's worth it for us to compensate you well and make sure you are happy!
