I'm a parent to four wonderful children, all attending Pauline Johnson School. Currently, I'm looking for a part-time live-out nanny who can become an essential part of our family dynamic. The role involves starting the day with us at 7 am. Your first responsibility would be to prepare breakfast and pack lunches for the children, before walking them to school. Whilst the kids are at school, light housekeeping tasks will need to be attended to. These consist of washing the children's laundry, tidying up their playroom, as well as preparing meals - including dinner and additional meal prep for the weekend if necessary. School finishes at 2.40 pm, at which point you will need to collect them and oversee their playtime; this will eventually transition into a walk home for dinner. Our family prefers to have dinner early, around 4.30 - 5.00 pm. Your shift will end at either 5 or 6 pm. Given the nature of our routines, we would prefer a nanny who is able to work on Fridays from morning until evening. A driver's license is not required for this position as the school is within walking distance. Your main responsibilities will encompass cooking, light housekeeping, occasional errand running, meal prep for the kids, child transportation, doing children’s laundry, and keeping the kitchen tidy. I have two groups of children, aged 3-5 years and 6-9 years. Their care and well-being will be your top priority. Please note that this role does not necessitate automobile use. You will work less than 20 hours per week, with four children in your care. We're looking for someone to start on the 22nd of September, 2023.
