I’m Jen, I’m an energetic and fun-loving single woman in her 40s who loves yoga, ice baths, mindfulness and meditation, as well as trail running, sailing, stand up paddleboarding, swimming, and going on mini adventures! I’m positive, encouraging, responsible, with a great sense of humour and an am an excellent listener. I’m a trained crisis counsellor as well. I also love to play music, sing, and go to concerts and festivals! I’m a hippie at heart who loves people, art, crafts, jewellery making, cooking, and taking care of people. I’m an elementary school teacher looking to transition into becoming a therapist. I’ve taught children in 5 different countries (South Korea, Hong Kong, Brazil, India, and Canada), every age group and every subject. I’m a Registered Yoga Teacher through Breathe for Change with a certificate in Socio-Emotional Learning, Wellness, and Yoga for Educators. I’ve also got a Master of Divinity as I once was studying to be an Anglican priest, though now I identify as a spiritual but not religious person who values, appreciates, and respects all beliefs and religions and those who have none!
