I am an ECE trained married mother of 2 older children (21 & 24) seeking a live-out nanny/caregiver position. I have worked in daycare for 6 years and run a home daycare for a total of 8 years. I hold a current First Aid Certificate, Criminal Reference Check, Immunization and hold by Early Childhood Education Diploma. I have a learn through play, freedom within limits philosophy with children. What does that mean? I love to provide children the freedom of learning through experiences that are not structured in nature. I provide the materials for them to explore within a safe environment but allow them to make the mistakes that will allow them to grow through their experience. I love to offer field trips to expand their horizons, such as library, parks, aquariums, farms. Etc. I offer activities ranging from arts & crafts, music, science experiments to outdoor play and baking. I look forward to speaking to families to find the right match for everyone involved.

I currently have an ECE Diploma and currently have my application in with the College of Early Childhood Educators to become a RECE. I have worked in the daycare system for 6 years and have run a home daycare for a total of 6 years, 3 of those from October 2015 to September 2018.
