Hi, my name is Ana and I am an experienced perinatal worker. Mother of two beautiful girls and happily married. Through my own pregnancies (2), my experience with other clients and volunteering I have gained plenty of experience for this exciting new stage. As part of my job during these months, I would like to help new moms and families in general to adapt, assist in basic home necessities and overall your baby. With my background in Nutrition and maternal-enfant degree, I also would assist mommies in breastfeeding and navigate all the things postpartum can take. It will be my pleasure to help you enjoy this transition with your baby, they are only that little once :)

I studied in Mexico the career of Nutrition and health, and I took a degree in pediatric nutrition.
