My name is Ifeoma Mary, a children caregiver. My child care fulfillment and skill set are endless. Over the years, I have volunteered to work with various families, daycare centers, churches, and organization events, among many others. In 2015-2016 and 2019-2020, i accepted a care position to work for two families respectively. The tremendous passion of putting a smile on every child has allowed me to set up a care home called OLIVSPRING CHILDREN HOMES at my own home. Olivsrpings was lunch in October 2021, and it is registered under the Corporate Affairs Commission, Nigeria . The care home operates from 7am to 5pm daily, except weekends and public holidays. Through this lifelong passion of caring for little ones, it afford me the opportunity of getting a work permit visa to Canada under the Home Child Care pilot. While in Canada, I have worked with couple of families to provide care for their children, both on a regular and occasional bases. Families I have worked with are also willing to give reference to my job. In addition, I have a vulnerable sector check and police check, First-aid and CPR certified, ECE certification. My work experience includes, bathing, changing diapers, feeding children, facilitating quiet time and naps, helping children with homework, and keeping them entertained with age appropriate activities . Creating a safe and nurturing environment for children by tending to their emotional as well as their physical well-being.
