Hello! I'm Arleen, a mother of three and grandmother of four. Over my 25 years of experience caring for children, I've honed my passion for creating a safe and nurturing environment for children to flourish in. I love to bring the outdoors into children's lives and encourage them to explore nature through walks, park visits, and outdoor play. My other interests include reading, crafts, and baking; activities I enjoy incorporating into the children's routine to bring about wholesome development. I'm based in Calgary and looking for a live-out, full-time or part-time position. I can start immediately and am flexible with my schedule, available throughout the weekdays and Saturdays at any time required. In terms of duties, I intend to provide a full range of services. These include cooking, light housekeeping, running errands, grocery shopping, preparing children's meals, doing laundry, and helping with homework. Adhering to dietary rules if necessary, keeping the kitchen tidy, pet care, and maintaining overall cleanliness in the house are also within my scope of services. Regarding the children, I am comfortable working with a maximum of three children of any age, from newborns to over 10 years old. Unfortunately, I am not equipped to handle children with disabilities. My qualifications also include CPR and First Aid training. With respect to the different roles I am comfortable undertaking, I am open for Nanny, Babysitter, Nanny/Housekeeper, or Mother's Helper positions.
