I'm passionate about kids, working and connecting with them. Out of respect for a lot of cultural differences, id like to note that I am apart of the LGBTQ+ community and I am married. I'm a mother to three beautiful kids, a 7 year old boy, a 4 year old daughter and a 2 year old daughter. My favourite trait about myself is my transparency, self-awareness and patience that instil. My parents are counsellors back home and have their own practice. I was exposed to taking care of others/children at a young age and it was my passion as far as I can remember to this present day. I'm dependable and trustworthy, I communicate effectively.

I'm a licensed (BSW) Social Worker from North Carolina with over 9 years of experience woking with children. I am certified in CPR/First Aid, blood borne training, crisis intervention training, medication training, incident reporting, and building therapeutic relationships. I've worked with ACI Support May 2012-April 2017, Intensive in Home June 2016-April 2020, Getting Ready Inc. Aril 2020-September 2021 and Individual & Community Support (ICS) Easterseals UCP. I provide effective conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques, I provide effective trauma-informed 1 on 1 individual counselling support to children with various needs. I conduct task with commitment to harm reduction, trauma-informed, children-centred practices. I have the ability to be a facilitator, demonstrate leadership and advocate for diverse children and communities. Providing exceptional service through positive interactions and engagement. I'm outgoing, hardworking, and optimistic regardless of the circumstances. I'm patient and interactive with children, challenging them for self and educational growth.
