I had experience in day care and play way school in ludhiana, Punjab, India.These are my job responsibilities:- Supervising children: Ensuring the safety and well-being of children under their care. Planning and organizing activities: Developing age-appropriate activities to stimulate children's physical, emotional, and intellectual growth. Feeding and maintaining hygiene: Assisting with meal times and diaper changes, promoting good hygiene habits. Providing emotional support: Creating a nurturing and supportive environment for children, offering comfort and guidance. Monitoring development: Observing children's behavior and progress, reporting any concerns to parents or supervisors. Communication: Keeping parents informed about their child's daily activities, behavior, and developmental milestones. Record-keeping: Maintaining accurate records of each child's routines, incidents, and milestones. Collaborating with colleagues: Working as part of a team to ensure a safe and enriching environment for children. Managing behavior: Implementing discipline in a positive and constructive manner, teaching children appropriate behaviour.
