I'm an independent woman with university degree who worked for 24 years in upper retail management. Loving, caring and nurturing mother of two highly accomplished and educated young women. With a lot of trust, communication and enthusiasm I efficiently managed and thoughtfully took care of both my family and kids as well as my work.  A few years back, I decided to focus solely on my family and children and took a break from my career to do so. Yet now, with my daughters all grown, and since I always had a huge passion for kids, and with the amount of protective attention and conscientious responsibility and care that I have, I reoriented my occupational path, and started caring for children. Im a mature caring 56 years old educated woman who sought to change career paths. Besides raising my 2 daughters, I took/take care of the children of 2 different families. One with a toddler who is now 3yrs and 8 months old and 21 months old twins( I started with them at the age of 7 months). With the second family, I was taking care of a 3 months old baby girl and a 2 years old girl for 8 months, where they then decided to opt for daycare. Creating the connection, and providing love, and support are essential for me to be able to care for the children .
