I am an artist and small business owner as well as a vendor at a number of local markets! I like to cook and bake as well as get in touch with my creativity by painting and making jewelry. I am a mother to 4 children in our blended family. I am positive, outgoing, patient, empathetic and nurturing. I enjoy spending time with children and am looking to migrate my work in childcare outside of my home. We are a pet friendly home and welcome your fur babies as well as your children! I am a very organized person and take pride in maintaining a tidy workspace - I enjoy helping with light cleaning duties as well. I’m Allie! I grew up in NB and moved to the valley to go to Acadia in 2017 and decided to stay! I grew up with two little sisters so babysitting started early, and looked after all the neighbours kids as well! We were and still are very active! I was also involved in lots of musical and arts based activities so I would be more than willing to help out with activities! I’m single with a wonderful partner. I teach and practice yoga. I love movement and getting outside! I also play music on my own and with a three piece band with my best friends. I graduated from Acadia with my Psychology degree in 2019 and I absolutely love to care for other people young and old. I babysat as an young adult before I went to school and entered the workforce but I miss it so much so I’m hoping to get back into it!
