I’m eager to get back into babysitting and enjoy working with children as well as infants. I am willing to go the extra mile for a family. I’ll always treat them as if they were my own, with kindness and compassion. My favourite part of babysitting is enjoying setting up activities, meals and hearing how their day went. It’s amazing what you can learn from them, and it’s neat hearing about the new toys and trends on the schoolyard. When it comes to structure I’ll take the parent’s lead on how they wish set the schedule and guidelines. My main goal is to make life easier for the family.

I have a younger sister that is 6 years younger than me. I was her sole provider for her in the home as my father worked and mother was ill in my younger years. In 2007 I was employed by an organization that provided sub-in care for daycares when staff that called in sick. I currently work serving the Inuit population including adults, youth and children. I’m First Aid, Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training, and Non-Violent Crisis Intervention trained.
