I am a twenty year old student nurse going into my third year in the fall of 2023. I am now out of school for the summer and looking for a full time job for the months of May-September but will be able to continue part-time once school starts back up in September. Being a student nurse I have obtained a lot of medical knowledge and have been certified in standard first aid and basic life support. I provide additional services such as light housekeeping, meal preparation, pet care, and can provide up-to-date CPR and basic life support certification along with a vaccination record. Before starting university I lived in the small community of Fogo on Fogo Island because this was such a small community I started babysitting for many families, children between the ages of 11 months to 14 years old. I also started caring for my autistic brother when I was at the age 12 until I moved away from home at the age of 17. This was very challenging, and gave me the confidence to adapt to any situation. I consider my patience, compassion, and understanding to be my biggest attributes.

Currently studying towards my bachelor of science in nursing (BScN). Just finished up my second year and will be beginning my third in the fall. Unofficially I am at the competency level of an LPN.
