I was a stay-at-home mother of two daughters and a full-time caregiver for my mother with early stages of dementia. Additionally, I worked as a teacher's assistant for seven years, working with children in grades JK to 5. Fluency in speaking, reading, and writing the English language has been one of my assets as it was my major area of study. I am skilled in creating nutritious and concise meals, and I enjoy taking on culinary challenges. This skill has been acknowledged by others.
