Re: Ana Ximenes – Letter of Reference
On behalf of the Hudson Child Care Society, I am pleased to stand as a reference for Ana Ximenes. Ana held the position as Group Leader with us, and primarily worked with a group of 24 children in grades 2-3 alongside another Group Leader. She started her position on November 3rd 2020, and her last day at work was July 11th 2022, during which time I was her direct supervisor.
As Group Leader Ana was responsible for supervising children, ensuring a safe and healthy environment, preparing age- and developmentally appropriate activities, and guiding children through socially and emotionally challenging situations.
During her time with us Ana demonstrated a playfulness that children enjoyed, and her interest in art provided a catalyst for interesting art activities. Ana developed many positive relationships with both children and peers, demonstrated good time management skills, and improved on her ability in addressing challenging behaviours.
Sincerely,
Thomas O

Re: Reference for Ana Ximenes
To Whom It May Concern:
We were please to have Ana as part of our team from September 2020 until June 2021. We could
not help but notice so many great characteristics and personal traits such as:
• Communication: Ana consistently communicated professionally with different
stake holders such as parents, teachers, and me, her manager.
• Team player: Her positive attitude and smile contributed to the cohesion
and atmosphere in the team.
• Programming: Ana engaged in thoughtful planning and executing of our program.
• Love for children: Ana showed an evident love for the kids in her group. She was
well liked by the children.
• Leadership: While maintaining a warm atmosphere Ana was able to direct and
engage a lively group of children.
I highly recommend Ana for any work related to children. She would be welcome back in
our program any time.
Sincerely,
Markus A
