parents and caregivers! I’m a nanny in Victoria looking for a new position. I’m ideally hoping to find a family(ies) interested in doing a share. I’m looking for full days (minimum 8 hours) and open to different scheduling, please message me to chat about this! I have over 10 years experience in childcare including working as an educators assistant, and many nanny positions. I have experience with children as young as 5 weeks, with the bulk of my experience being with infants and toddlers. That being said, ideally I’m looking to work with kiddos from newborn - 2.5 years. I practice a gentle caregiving philosophy welcoming all feelings, and I’m a huge advocate for child-led play. I have CPR-C and first aid, a police records check, references and a reliable vehicle equipped with 2 convertible car seats to take your little ones on adventures! My rates are $30/ hour for a single family with one child, and $2 extra for each sibling. My nanny share rates are $17/ hour for one child per family, and $2/ hour more for each additional child.
