Hello, my name is Molly. At 19 years old, I've acquired a diverse experience with children for the past 3 years in a licensed facility and have been effectively babysitting for years.
I am currently in my first year at university where I'm taking classes in Child and Youth Care. This, paired with my solid work ethic and maturity, enables me to keep up with the energy of kids while maintaining a secure and nurturing environment. I have experience with children of different ages, from 3-year-olds to children over 10 years of age, and I'm equipped to handle groups of four or more.
Despite being musically inclined and inclined toward sports such as rugby, Gaelic football and volleyball, I understand the importance of working around children's various interests in order to engage effectively with them. As an only child, I've learnt to appreciate individual uniqueness and respect children's individual spaces.
I am flexible and available to start immediately and can work on various days of the week, both mornings and nights. My abilities include cooking, light housekeeping, preparing meals for kids, doing children's laundry, assisting with homework, and adhering to special dietary rules. I'm also competent in carrying out pet care duties and organizing events.
Furthermore, I am equipped with First Aid Training, CPR Training, and have taken College Child Education Courses, preparing me to provide a secure and health-conscious environment for your family.
I am seeking a live-out, part-time role and I'm open to working as a Nanny, Nanny/Housekeeper, Babysitter or Nanny/Tutor based on the families' preference. My location in Victoria allows me to easily commute to your home and I can also comfortably work with children with disabilities.
Please feel free to reach out to discuss how we can create a nurturing and productive environment for your child/children. I look forward to using my well-rounded skills and passion to primarily support and enhance your family's lifestyle.
Worked at Westshore Parks and Rec the last 3 years doing after school care, and summer camps, as well as teaching a home alone class, and a cooking class. I'm currently taking my Red cross leader course to be able to teach Babysitting classes. I've worked with up to 12 kids under my sole care, and 22 with the aid of a co-worker. I also was part of the youth leaders in training program when I was 14 where I was a junior leader and helped out with the city of Victoria camps for the summer.
