I am Francisca . I am originally from Ecuador and I am fluent in both Spanish and English. My passion lies in working with children. I worked as a physician in pediatrics and neonatology for many years in my country. I possess all the essential qualities required for providing excellent childcare, including patience, empathy, nurturing, attentiveness, affection, and a deep understanding of how to care for children in the best possible way. After relocating to the United States, I worked as a teacher assistant for a year and gained further experience by working as a babysitter for over a year.
