My name is Hana, I grew up on Vancouver Island with my mom, dad, and little brother. I am very outdoorsy and love going hiking, camping, and being near the ocean. I also love cooking and baking and being around kids. I have lots of experience working with children including lifeguarding and instructing swimming lessons (teaching kids from ages 6 months to 13 years) as well as volunteering at the Paint Box School of Art and with Scouts Canada. I am certified in standard first aid and both CPR B and C. I am a fourth-year student at the University of Victoria studying marine biology.

I have worked with two families in the past and have just over 1 1/2 years of experience. I have worked with children from the ages of 4 months to 8 years. These positions included all responsibilities that I have listed in my profile.

I am a graduate of Royal Bay Secondary and now a fourth-year student at the University of Victoria studying marine biology. I plan to finish my bachelor's degree in Victoria and continue on to my masters.
