With a Bachelor's degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology and over 17 years of experience in customer service, I am eager to transition into a role as a nanny or household helper. Despite starting my career in a different field, my passion for understanding human behavior and fostering positive relationships has always been a driving force. As a dedicated parent with two children pursuing their own academic goals, I bring empathy, organization, and a nurturing nature to every task. Outside of work, I enjoy reading and staying active through sports like badminton and volleyball. My family and I have a love for travel and outdoor activities, cherishing the bonding moments they provide. Now, I am excited to bring my skills and experiences into a new environment where I can provide exceptional care and support for families in need.

I have no professional experience with this role but I am a mother of 2, they're now 21 & 20 years old respectively. My eldest is blind, a condition called "Retinopathy of Prematurity". I am also an aunt to a lot of children & have experienced to look after them, cook for them or feed them. I have also experienced tutoring them & attend to school activities & events for them.

I graduated BS Industrial & Organizational Psychology. Though I am unable to pursue this career, instead, been working as a Customer Service Representative since graduation.
