I need help with daily heigene some physio excersizes no worries its nothing difficult i can show you what i need its mostly joint lubrication on paralysed side and some walking i have a walking belt and a demi-marchette and a 4 legged caini have a cleaning lady so any housekeeping is only maintaing clean kitchen and washroom and doing my bed if hubby doesnt have time or forgets in the morning plus my laundry all my sheets also get done every 2 weeks.
