Companion for my brother, on the ASD spectrum

MM
Active: More than a month ago

Helping my brother get used to Ottawa, going out, taking to sporting events, movies, etc. My brother was recently released from federal custody and needs help adjusting to life in Ottawa, especially when I am not available to be around. You will need a police check (photocopy of most recent is acceptable) as I need to make sure you are acceptable with the parole board to prevent him going against his conditions of release. Drivers license and car is a bonus to get to events. Days where a event is planned, ticket to event, parking, and mileage will be paid as well. Days of errands mileage is not paid as bussing and/or walking /other local transportation is possible (and will be discussed in advance). Looking for 2-5 outings per month, varying days and times. Can be planned well in advance. Must recognize that while you are spending your time with my brother (ASD, FASD and depression/anxiety), I am your employer and you will be expected to comply to my expectations as well as his release conditions. (Sometimes he can misinterpret things and try to push boundaries more than is acceptable).
