My father has early signs of alzheimers and is forgetting to eat and drink. I need someone to watch over him for the afternoon to be sure he's eating, drinking and cleaning his house. HE has good personal hygiene except he can't clip his nails. HE has arthritis so he isn't mobile enough for grocery shopping independently. He still drives but just can't walk well.
