Support required for 22 year old young man with autism. Requires support for community inclusion and life skills, including cooking and cleaning. Applicant would need to be active and healthy enough to go swimming, hiking, kayaking etc. A background with autism and Applied Behaviour Analysis is helpful but willing to train the right applicant. Working in a childcare setting is also a plus. We have a consultant that oversees our program. We have recently moved to Vernon so are looking to fill most positions and generally 2-3 shifts a week.
