I am looking for a caring, enthusiastic energetic female who is a creative self starter and can successfully work with minimum supervision to care for my 21 year old daughter with Down Syndrome. This position is for 3 - 5 days per week, 9am - 4pm. Duties include taking her to various activities in the community as well as spending creative time at home. Food preparation, light housework and a minimum amount of personal care is also required. Experience with special needs individuals is preferred and sign language would be a bonus. As we live close to Horseshoe Bay in West Vancouver, I am looking for someone who resides on the North Shore. The quoted compensation may be increased for the right candidate.
