Title: Part-Time Senior Care Provider - 2 Half Days a Week I am currently seeking an experienced elder care provider to assist with the care of a kind, elderly woman, two half days a week. This position is a live-out, part-time role, not requiring a driver's license. The ideal candidate will have experience with specific conditions such as incontinence (diapers), hearing impairment, and dementia. Job Responsibilities: - Providing assistance with dressing and grooming - Assisting with walking, using a walker - Cleaning of the bathroom, laundry and light household chores - Providing bathing assistance and toileting assistance - Preparing lunch and afternoon snacks - Performing range of motion exercises - Potential weekend shifts, as needed The work schedule will usually revolve around two half-day shifts per week, specifically on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 1-5 pm. In total, you would be working less than 20 hours per week. However, some flexibility might be needed for occasional weekend shifts. Please note that the elderly person is not bed-ridden and has a very kind disposition, making her easy to get along with. The position is available for immediate start.
