I am a currently a student and I am looking for a job to help pay for expenses. I really enjoy working and helping people of every age. I have a big family and I have a lot of experience working with children with volunteer work with my degree in Recreation and Leisure Studies and working alongside a Speech-Language Pathologist. I have also worked with the elderly and children when volunteering with the Speech-Language Pathologist. I am hoping to go back to school this September for post grad in Child and Youth Care. I have a warm nature and I enjoy the company of children and older adults. I am very flexible with my schedule and I am good working under pressure or high tensions. I am also good with animals such as cats, rabbits, fish and hamsters and some dogs. I too, have great interest in baking, cooking, playing volleyball, badminton and reading, as well as, writing. Currently I have been working in an after school program with children ages 6 to 12. I have supported the children with healthy and active programming, healthy snack preparation and homework support.

I have worked with an elderly patient at a long-care home while volunteering with a Speech-Language Pathologist. I also live with my grandmother who I help take-care of as she is not well. I am able to attend to needs as soon as possible and I can neatly and quickly get work done. I can help with daily tasks such as reading, cooking or light cleaning. I can assist the person when they have to get to places such as moving around the house or out in store, park and community centre. I am also a fast learner and if there is something new that I have to accommodate for I can and I can also work on a schedule as I have clear schedule other than one online course I am taking this summer.
