Implements simple measure to minimize aggressive behaviour, encourage independence and self care. assist in cognetively impaired client, support and assist clients with shopping, demonstrates appropriate meal planning and and food selection, plan meals with senility to budget, culture, religion, and social needs, feed the clients.
