I am a mature, independent and hardworking individual and can work without any supervision. I am easy going and willing to learn new things. I finished my Health Care Assistant program in Pacific Coast Community College in Vancouver and successfully finished my practicums in different facilities. I did my internship with seniors that live in their respective homes. I am willing to work with seniors and childrens in the future. I am a teacher back home too, with all the knowledge combine I think I am equipped to carry out the job of a caregiver. h

I successfully completed my practicums as a Health Care Assistant in complex care facilities looking after our elderly. I currently work with seniors who are living in their respective homes. Giving them personal care, assisting in transferring and ambulating, medications reminders, preparing nutritious meals for them, assisting them with activities of daily living, accompanying them with their appointments, and doing light housekeeping for them to provide a safe, clutter free and comfortable environment Additional Experiences/Qualifications: I have up to date immunizations. I have additional certifications in Diabetes Care, Medication Administration, FoodSafe, CPR/First Aid, NonViolence Crisis Intervention which will be helpful when working with clients with high special needs.
