I've lived in four different countries and visited 50 so far, using my travels to inspire my cooking and meal creations. With a Culinary Arts Diploma and 11 years of professional kitchen experience behind me, I am confident in catering to diverse food preferences and dietary requirements. My culinary journey commenced in Brazil where I taught and managed a cooking school before embracing the risk of opening my own restaurant. Life later brought me to Italy for a vacation, but I ended up staying for eight years, working as a Michelin-star chef. I also honed my culinary skills in Thailand, working in a two Michelin-star establishment. This unique exposure to international flavors has endowed me with proficiency in Thai, Italian, Mexican, Eastern European, French and not forgetting, Brazilian cuisine. Besides cooking experiences, I'm also skilled in table setting and serving, keeping the kitchen clean, baking and pastry preparation, purchasing products, organizing events, supervising kitchen staff, and creating menus tailored to employers' preferences. My professional plating and catering experience, coupled with knowledge of modern cooking technology and sanitary and hygienic standards, makes me a well-rounded culinary professional. I recently move to Montreal after 8 years working as a Chef in Italy (one Michelin Star), before that In Thailand in a 2 Michelin Stars and started in Brasil in a cooking School teaching and managing until I've decided to open my own restaurant. The life take me to Italy for vacation but my heart made me stay where I found my sweet half that brings me to Montreal today.
