I recently move to Montreal after 8 years working as a Chef in Italy (one Michelin Star), before that In Thailand in a 2 Michelin Stars and started in Brasil in a cooking School teaching and managing until I've decided to open my own restaurant. The life take me to Italy for vacation but my heart made me stay where I found my sweet half that brings me to Montreal today.
