I'm fully certified with a Food Handler’s Certification and I have an in-depth understanding of modern cooking technology, sanitary and hygienic standards, and I even have experience in the confectionery industry. I am comfortable in supervising kitchen staff and helpers, creating menus considering the employer's preferences, organizing food for events and can cook a wide range of meals from children's dishes to every day and dietary cuisine.
