Born from French/Lebanese parents and having spent my childhood in Ivory Coast Africa, I have been fortunate enough to travel and experience multi cultural cuisine, spices and appropriate them into my style of cooking. Having studied in cooking, bread making and animal production, I am well rounded and experienced to be able to execute a wide variety of dishes. I am pro active, organized solution driven person with good ethics and high standard. Avid gardner, I plant, harvest and preserve most of my produce in addition to my foraging. I have learned over the years that the best way to represent an ingredient is to be as discrete and observant of nature as possible so that the product speaks for itself. Finally, I believe that cooking is an act of generosity and that is what I strive do offer to anyone sitting around my table.
