A. At present there is no charge.
Q. How NannyServices.ca can help me to find a Great Job?
A. In order to find the best possible jobs from
jobseekers or to advertise for jobs that are featured on
our site board, all you need to do is
register.
Q. How NannyServices.ca can help me find a Nanny/
babysitter or elderly care companion?
A. After
registration on the site you will be able to receive
full details of all babysitters, nannies and companions
that are available. You could contact the potential
employees by email or phone. In addition, will be able
to advertise a notice on the job board so that they will
be able to turn to you by email.
Q. I’ve lost my password. How can I find it?
A. Please on click the link "Forget Password?"
and it will open form where you can enter your email
address that you were previously registered with and
we'll send username and password to that email address
in couple of minutes. If you use spam or junk mail
filters, you must set your filters to accept all mail
from NannyServices.ca.
Q. How do I renew/deactivate my account, or make
edits to my contact information or job posting?
A. To renew or deactivate an account, or to edit
your contact or other information, simply
log in to the site, and
press on "Modify My Information " in the left menu.
Q. Can I make changes to my information later, after
I’ve finished filling out the membership forms?
A. Yes and it is even advisable to improve
details on an ongoing basis on the site.
Q. How do I upload a photo?
A. Log in to the site and go to the My Account
page. There you will see a link on the left called
“Upload My Photo." Click on that and then follow the
instructions. The photo must be JPG format and less than
300KB in size.
Q. How long will it take to complete the subscription
process?
A. We estimate that it will take approximately
5-15 minutes.
Q. Why do I need to answer so many questions?
A. Keep in mind that the more time you spend with
your account, the better your chances are for finding
the perfect candidate or job. Nannies are using the site
to search for jobs the same way that families are using
it to search for nannies. If you are very descriptive
about what you want, then you will attract appropriate
nannies/families.
Q. Do I have to fill out the forms all at once, or
can I stop and return later to finish?
A. You can to fill out the forms all at once,
always come back and add and change information on
"Modify My Information " in the left menu.
Q. How do I report a problem I’m having with the
site?
