Assisted client to get ready for school and Doctor's appointment. Work and supported the people we served to achieve their activity of daily living. I assisted with the medications and reminded them of their medications . I assisted with meal preparation as well as feeding them. I assisted keeping the environment safety and secured. Assisted creating the sensory room suitable for relaxation for the client. Attended to their personal hygiene and grooming. Created a good rapport with the client and the family. Assisted client to do laundry, and other household choice for him to be independent of himself. Assisted client to the bank for his banking business and for outing. I encouraged client to be confident in himself, self esteem and self acceptance. I assisted client in bed making and bed bathing as well as keeping the environment clean and tidy. At the end of the day client will be kept comfortable and all activities done will be documented.
